The government has set a target of 2026 for the delivery of this service.
“The government wants to implement a helicopter patient transport system by the end of 2026. Aircraft based in Quebec City and Mirabel would serve hard-to-reach areas in the south of the province around the clock, flying up to 4,000 hours a year.””

The government has not tabled any legislation about Indigenous languages and cultures.
“The AFNQL warned the Prime Minister on August 16 that it was “formally challenging [his] legislative intentions” on Aboriginal languages. A few weeks later, in the midst of the election campaign, François Legault promised a bill to protect them “in the same way that we protect French with Bill 101. […] This bill is expected to come in the fall of 2023. Just as in the case of the one for cultural securitization, Minister Ian Lafrenière assures that consultations with the main groups are held upstream.” (Traduction)”
